This exceptional house is the perfect getaway for multi-family/generational vacations. With a number of areas for collective gatherings or just time to yourself, you'll find room for everyone to enjoy the beautiful setting. Right around the corner, the local marina will steam fresh crabs right out of the bay for dinner or set you up with locally farmed Oysters or Bay Scallops. Wake up to a breathtaking sunrise, ride a bike, paddleboard or just lounge on our tiny "beach". At the end the day, find a perch on the dock or the porch and watch the sun sink over the cornfields. If you're looking for an activity, take a trip to nearby Ocean City, Assateague Island National seashore or explore Berlin, MD for the best local cuisine and family adventures. There is a dock at the house for boats up to 28' but please note the water ranges from 2-3 ft. Weather may dictate the boat being pulled to avoid damage.
