Our property is located in the middle of the southern Styrian nature park and in the center of the Styrian wine roads (Schilcher Wine Road, South Styrian Wine Road, Rebenland Wine Road, Sausal Wine Road and Kitzeck as Austria's highest wine-growing village). From here you can start your exploration by car, by bike or on foot on one of the numerous hiking and biking trails. Also culture and culinary art are not neglected here.

Our apartment is surrounded by green meadows and forests, small and quiet places where they also find shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries and pastry chefs. Numerous wine taverns and wineries can be found in the immediate vicinity and can reach them on foot.
You will also find plenty of space on our family farm to unwind, enjoy the sun on the sun terrace or in the lawn in the garden. If you fancy a barbecue afternoon under the grape arbor, this is of course no problem. Here on our family farm, they meet life in harmony between human-animal and nature.
The apartment offers three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. Two of the rooms have a balcony from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sunrise and on the vineyards Weinviertel. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need. Likewise washing machine, dryer etc are available.
Breakfast is served on request and according to your wishes.
