A fenced-off footpath, which is required by law, runs across the property and the bathing beach is approx. 200 metres away.
The house is equipped with: Living room (lake view, upholstered furniture incl. sofa bed, sitting area, TV, radio/CD/DVD), conservatory (lake view, upholstered furniture), kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine, various kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed), children's bedroom (bunk bed), shower/WC, central heating.
