This charming and modern furnished holiday home is located in the lagoon on Kahnsdorf Hainer lake. There are two private car parking on the property. The special and really rare at the House is that it stands on stilts in the lake. The input is the land side, under the house is a boat garage. The boat garage can be used by travelers like, from here you stand directly in the lake. A lightweight rowing boat for 4 people is connected for the tourists at the dock or in the garage, this boat can the tourists like to use free of charge. Guests can bring their own boat also like, a slipway and a crane system is not far away.
Lakeside is our large sun terrace, here you can swim, relax and soak up the sun. There is a ladder here. This lakeside terrace is optimally aligned to south, here you are tired of the sun. Before the house is still a quaint bench to linger.
On the ground floor is next to the boat garage, a guest toilet, the laundry room and a small room under the stairs.
Upstairs is the cozy and lovingly furnished living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway and the bathroom. Beside the living room is also an additional balcony right over the water with a beautiful panoramic view of the lagoon and the sea Hainer.
The bathroom has a large shower. For the kids there is a footstool for the sink and a baby toilet seat. A hair dryer is for our guests.
In the second Upstairs is a small bedroom with a single bed 90 x 200 cm and another bed 80 x 190 cm, which is screwed as a loft bed on the wall. In the bedroom is a white double bed 180 x 205 cm and a large white bedroom closet. Another toilet in the attic is also available. From the bedroom to get to the big lake terrace, from which one has an excellent view over the lagoon and the sea Hainer. 4 sunbeds and an umbrella can use our guests happy.
The house has about 105 m² of floor space, of which approx. 85 m² living space on floors, plus 20 sqm boat garage. The lagoon is protected all around by an old and high trees.
Approximately 5 minutes walk is the Schiller house, in this interesting building there are among other things a cafe and a good restaurant.
For fishing enthusiasts: The Hainer lake was flooded in 2009, it has become a natural fish stock formed. In 2013, an additional fish stocking was introduced by the owner. The Hainer lake is a private lake, it is not run by a fishing association. Pets are seahorses out of consideration for travelers with allergies not allowed in the house, this is the neighboring house Fish (identical) available.
