Unser Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bodensees in einem ruhigen, gepflegten Wohngebiet am westlichen Stadtrand von Friedrichshafen (Fischbach) in einer Anliegerstraße. Zum frei zugänglichen Bodenseeufer und Frei- und Seebad Fischbach sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Das neu gebaute Frei- und Seebad Fischbach, wurde im Juli 2017 eröffnet. Neben dem Freibad ist das Bodenseeufer, auch mit Hund, frei zugänglich. Der Bodensee lädt hier zum Grillen, Spielen, Baden, Entspannen und Spazieren gehen ein. Von dem, an das Fischbacher Ufer angrenzenden, im Sommer 2015 neu eröffneten Uferweg, hat man als Spaziergänger einen herrlichen Blick auf ein vollkommenes Bodenseepanorama. Der Weg verbindet das Freizeitgelände Manzell mit der Zeppelin Universität in Seemoos. Bäckereien, Cafés, die See-Gartenwirtschaft 'Zum Schorsch', Restaurants, Obsthof, Post, Banken, Reinigung, Bücherei, Frisör, Apotheke und Ärzte sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine verkehrsgünstige Anbindung mit Auto, Bus (Haltestelle in ca. 150m Entfernung) und Bahn runden ihren Aufenthalt ab. Bei Bedarf können wir Ihnen eine verschlossene Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder zur Verfügung stellen. Gerne darf auch Ihr Hund bei uns den Urlaub verbringen (gegen Aufpreis). Zweiter Hund nur auf Anfrage. Bitte berücksichtigen Sie - auch ein Hund, der zu Hause problemlos alleine bleibt, kann, wenn er in einer fremden Umgebung allein gelassen wird, aus Verlustangst bellen/heulen/jaulen und/oder Gegenstände zerstören (z.B. Türen/Türrahmen). Aus diesem Grunde ist es untersagt, Tiere alleine und ohne Aufsicht in unseren Ferienwohnungen zurück zu lassen. Ihr Vierbeiner wird es Ihnen danken.
Die liebevoll eingerichtete und neu renovierte 2-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung (Nichtraucher) mit Ostbalkon liegt im ersten Obergeschoss des Hauses, hat ca. 42 m² und bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen. Über eine kleine Diele sind der Wohnbereich, das Bad sowie das Schlafzimmer verbunden. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein vollwertiges Doppelbett (180 x 200 cm) mit elektrischem Lattenrost, sowie ein Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel und eine Kommode. Unsere Bettdecken sind in Übergrößen (155 x 220 cm). Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einer bequemen Eckcouch. In der Ferienwohnung sind alle Rolläden elektrische.
