Summary: The only thing that was unsatisfactory was my sleep disturbance. The smoke detector in my tent needed a new battery. It beeped every 15 min from about 1am on. At 6am when the staff came in I brought it to the reception desk. She apologized but offered no discount for my stay.

Summary: People will bring children and also complain about you before quiet time. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. My favorite part was listening to the birds each morning and seeing the stars late at night.

Summary: We were so surprised and delighted to find this property as we were passing through Ithaca. What a beautiful spot. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The communal areas/firepits were fantastic and the breakfast offerings were healthy, local and delicious. We will definitely be back.

Summary: The tents were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The problem was that the bathroom was very far away from all the tents so you’d have to walk 5 min up the hill and stairs to get there in the middle of the night, which was awkward. The bathrooms were very clean and the staff was lovely.
However, I booked through Expedia and paid at least $50/night more than I would have if I booked directly. But even directly, $170/night is a lot to sleep in a tent and walk to the bathroom.
