Summary: We had a lovely stay for 2 nights and it served our needs very well. The check in was chaotic - being told to expect an sms with room details etc only to receive the sms 36 hours later !!! - but once in everything was fine. If the check in does not work well - and others checking in also had problems - for goodness sake have someone to hand easily.
