Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location was great. Street parking was easy to find, lots of restaurants in walking distance. They provided clean sheets and towels, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was clean. The ac worked great.
Negative: Overall, the place needs a deep clean in the areas other than the kitchen. There was accumulated dust on the baseboard and under the beds, cobwebs on the ceiling, and mold in the shower. A few areas need repair like window screens and shower tiles. There was also a stale cigarette smell coming from the bedroom off the kitchen. The ac is very loud when running.
Summary: This place is just ok if you all you need is a comfy bed.
