Our home is located in a small mixed-used commercial/residential building with a commercial tenant on the ground level and multiple guest suites above. The surrounding neighbourhood features residential strata lots just across the street and other commercial buildings next door.
There is a separate secured door that provides access for guests and we have a brand new guest access and security system.
Pets are also welcome on a case by case basis and also subject to a pet cleaning fee of $100.
Our home is fully licensed for mixed-use and fully compliant with residential building bylaws and codes.
There is strictly NO SMOKING permitted anywhere in the unit or anywhere in the building. If you smoke, please do so outside and at least 7.5 meters away from any doorway or window.
No parties.
No pets.
No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval. We have CCTV in the communal areas and guests will be requested to leave.
Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
If you break or damage something, please let us know so we can arrange for replacement or repair.
There is no mail service at the building. Can be picked up from the post office 2 blocks away.
Extra linens are not provided - There is a laundry room onsite for you to use.
