This beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom gated and secured residence is centrally located within a 10 minute drive to most major attractions on the island for example our historical city center Punda, and some of our famous beaches. Grand Mahaai Villa is close to a big supermarket, cafes and restaurants, and a pharmacy.
Enjoy our tropical garden with many large trees and different fruit plants that are visited everyday by local birds creating a relaxing atmosphere.
The space
Arriving at The Grand Mahaai Villa, you enter the gates and will have up to five parking spots. The front pathway leads you directly to the relaxing open-air courtyard. Further, you will see the spectacular view of the tropical garden connected with a private pool area with a restroom and an outside shower, a gazebo, a grill, and a bar.
Adjacent to the open-air courtyard, you will have access to the entrance of the residence. The residence has a spacious living room, alongside a ping pong table and a separate (air conditioned) dining room with a 10 set dining table. The living room has a comfortable sitting area, a SMART TV and an 8 set dining table. Connected to the dining room is the kitchen. The kitchen is provided with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, dishes, and cutlery.
This spacious residence has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There are two (master) bedrooms with each their own bathroom, following two king rooms (beds can be set up into double single beds on request) with a sharing bathroom. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned, provided with a SMART TV, and all three bathrooms are wheelchair friendly.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire private property.
The property has 2 extra rooms outside the house that will only be available to the guests who book the villa. Each roomis equipped with a double bed, closet, and private bathroom. Rooms will be available if the number of guests exceeds 8 people. (2 guests per room.)
Other things to note
Guests would need to pay a $200 deposit at check in.
Please take note that electricity is expensive on the island. Guests will be provided with sufficient electricity for a comfortable stay (8 hours of AC per day and usages of all amenities including pool). Any additional usage will be deducted from the deposit.
The property has a generator that will power the entire property in case of power outage.
