Two story 1850’s brick armory house located in Bolivar/Harpers Ferry, WV. Many original features remain such as hardwood floors, trim and original narrow staircase to second floor. Conveniently located one mile to Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. Walking distance to the Appalachian Trail, shopping, museums, hiking trails, fishing, bike riding on the C&O Canal, and AMTRAK/MARC train station. Short drive to casino, horse racing, rafting, tubing, kayaking, zip lining/canopy tour, wineries, distillery and brewery’s. First floor features a new kitchen, new appliances, new heat and air conditioning system, non working original fireplace in living room with TV mounted over it, new bathroom with walk in shower, one bedroom with a queen bed. Original staircase leads to second floor with second queen bed, walk in closet, and small room. Wifi available. Parking available. Nice front porch to rock away the afternoon! We will send door code when house is ready. We DO NOT send door code more than 2 hours in advance due to security of current guests & cleaning before time of checkin.
