The apartment is located in the center of the old part of Alanya. It is near to famous touristic sites such as the Kizil Kule, Alanya castle and Cleopatra Beach. It is situated on a quiet, residential street that leads to the main seaside road. All the shops are near walking distance, and the center Ataturk monument is five minutes away by foot.
The apartment has a long hallway which connects all the rooms together. There is a dish and washing machine along with a microwave, electric stove, and among other kitchen utilities. Every room is either situated with an conditioner or a ceiling fan, in total there are four air conditioners, and four fans. Recently, a brand new TV has been installed, along with unlimited WiFi. (Energy cost according to consumption)
There are three balconies in total. Two of them are substantially large and can be used as relaxing outdoor areas. The front balcony has a table and a view to the street, whereas the second one is connected to the master bedroom and faces the newly built park. One of the smallest of the balconies opens to the kitchen, and is mainly used as a storage place for cleaning tools etc.
It has unlimited wifi, very spacious and family friendly. As it is family building, loud noise aren't appreciated after ten o'clock at night. Each room has enough personal space and has multiple windows allowing for a lot of light to come in. Most of the technology and utilities are up-to-date.
Our apartment is located on a residential street, and shops are nearby. The main city and seaside roads are 50mt away. More modern restaurants and bars are 100mt away, however, local Turkish cafe's are next door. We do not have a pool, however, there is a public pool across the road, and an aqua park 10 minutes away. The keykubat beach is further up the street, however, more well-known beaches such as 'Cleopatra beach' are around 10-15 minutes away depending on your type of transport.
