4. Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy:
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. We will
refund any payments entirely.
Please understand we have to charge a fee for cancellation done later than:
After 7 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total price,
After arrival date: 90% of the total price,
Reductions in number will be decided case by case.

PLEASE NOTE:
Prices do NOT include 5% Berlin city tax. The city tax has to be paid on arrival.
Check-in on the day of arrival is from 12:00h to 21:00h.
For later check-in please contact us at least 24h before arrival.
Check-out on the day of departure is no later than 12:00h.
