• Prepayment will be taken for all bookings over Christmas & New Years. All non-refunable bookings payment will be taken upon booking, refundable payments will be taken 1st December.
• All guests must provide a valid photo ID (international passport or driver’s license) at the time of check-in
• The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in
• Please read the 'House Rules' prior to booking
• Accommodation is paid on arrival
• For last-minute, multiple person reservations, in periods of high demand, it may not be possible to put all occupants in the same room. We shall certainly do our best though!
