Summary: Reception area had heavy cigarette smell and is right next to breakfast area. Failed to have the rooms we had booked and was offered room in bell tower where i would have felt like Quasimodo. All four of us ended in one room with only 1 bathroom. It was just one night so we survived. Toilet in our room seemed not be working 100 percent after flushing.
