Summary: Hotel was a beautiful heritage building. Because of this expect small bathrooms but they were perfectly adequate and spotless. Majority of staff with amazing and so friendly and went out of their way to assist. Only staff I found rude and dismissive were the front reception staff who give you the feeling that you weren’t good enough to stay there. Security staff dining and pool staff were all brilliant
