Positive: We were looking for a place to sleep between Vardzia and Tbilisi and found this hotel in Ninotsminda. From the outside it is not very spectacular, but on the inside we found a spacious, clean and beautiful room for our family of four. We had the family room consisting of a living room with a king size bed and a simple bathroom and a separate bedroom with three single beds. You have good restaurants nearby (we ate at Tamara's) for dinner. There is no air conditioning, but this isn't a problem, as Ninotsminda is at almost 2,000m height and not very warm anyway. There is a heating though as it might get cold during the night even in summer (we had just 14 degrees C in late July). Outstanding owners - very friendly, very helpful. As we travelled with little children they even surprised us a with a little breakfast! Parking was right in front of the hotel.

Negative: The heating was difficult to adjust. The temperature could be well adjusted by opening and closing the window though. This however made it a little(!) louder inside the room as a major road is nearby.
