Summary: 2 nights - no cleaning during our stay - no fresh towels during our stay - you can hear what they are talking about in the other rooms - and when the guests in the room above you are flushing the toilet or using the drain, you get the feeling that the water is running down the sealing or you are sleeping next to a fountain - and we are living downtown Copenhagen and the nights there are more quiet than the the nights we had at this “hotel” - sorry but really poor value for the money
