Positive: We had a wonderfully comfortable stay at In Gremi. The location is absolutely stunning—picture-perfect in every way. The owners and staff are exceptionally polite, helpful, and hardworking, and it’s clear they’ve been thoughtfully modernising the property. The rooms are spotless, quiet, and cool (great A/C), with very comfortable beds. But the real highlight? The restaurant. The food was hands-down the best we had anywhere in Georgia—we ended up dining here every day. Their own estate wine is excellent, and the cocktails (especially Negronis) are top-notch. Note: The entrance can be a bit tricky to find, down an unmarked track—but don’t let that put you off. Once you arrive, it’s peaceful, welcoming, and truly beautiful.

Negative: The entrance can be a bit tricky to find, down an unmarked track. There is a problem with a local beetle/bug which can fly in the window (this is farm and wine country) but it is harmless and no fault of the hotel.
