When dusk approaches, gather your guests with a cocktail and watch the sun set across the horizon. Should you have a cloud pass by with some sprinkles just wait for the amazing rainbows to appear. An outdoor barbecue allows you to grill up fresh local seafood which can be bought just minutes away.
Inside, soft living room sofas and chairs will lure you in, providing maximum comfort while you enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV.
The 2nd floor has two separated suites with inside and outside showers. The 3rd floor is the Pool Suite which is very large and roomy. The 4th floor has a full Kitchen and is very well stocked with cooking items with an island with bar stools and a couch for relaxing.
Solar heaters are very normal in Carribean and when cloudy or rainy they are not very hot
For entertainment we have 7ft. solid slate pool table, bar table and stools, board games, and a large couch. The 5th level is the master suite with an office and a workout room.
Pricing will be based on 4 bedrooms / 8 people Max. To add 5th Bedroom it will cost $75 per night more plus $25 cleaning. 12 people max.
Beach towels are not provided so please bring any towels that you intend to take off property. Our towels are not allowed off property. This is a non-smoking property.
