Summary: The hotel is comfortable and generally pleasant, but considering the relatively high price, the overall standard did not fully meet expectations. While the rooms were nice, they were not quite at the level one might anticipate for the cost. Service was a notable weakness during the stay. Requests were handled very slowly overall. In one instance, I had to call twice and eventually go to the reception in person before fresh towels were finally delivered. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the slow service and the gap between price and overall standard leave room for improvement.
