Outdoor amenities include a fire pit, basketball hoop & balls, tennis equipment, 4 bikes (1 with small child seat) helmets, kayaks (x2) fishing rods (x2) including chairs to take and sit lakeside, lawn bowls, chess, darts, not to mention parking in driveway for 2 cars and plenty of off-street parking.
