Positive: Friendly staff, always on the move, and everyone clearly knows their area of responsibility. The room has a sufficient set of dishes for a comfortable stay, a spacious refrigerator, a hairdryer, an iron (even an ironing board), a good steam sauna, a comfortable outdoor hot tub, and convenient parking spaces. The surrounding area features beautiful nature with plenty of pine trees. We recommend this hotel.

Negative: It’s impossible to get through to make an advance reservation for the outdoor hot tub. We tried calling more than 10 times and couldn’t reach anyone (no one called back). We also contacted the reception and asked them to return the call, but all attempts were unsuccessful. This is an area the management definitely needs to improve. The sofa in the room was extremely dirty and needs professional cleaning. The fold-down main bed is not the best option for a hotel. A high-quality mattress could have compensated for this, but unfortunately, the rooms are equipped with an average mattress. In rooms with a sauna, it’s necessary to install sealing strips around the entire door frame to prevent heat loss during sauna operation.
