Within 3 blocks to Essentia Health and St. Luke’s hospital. Less than a mile walk to Bentlyville (in the winter), Bayfront Festival Park, the DECC and Amsoil Arena. Just open your door for a FRONT ROW VIEW to Grandmas Marathon race course in June.
