Downstairs you’ll find two bright and breezy living areas with sleek tiled flooring and modern furnishings. A main lounge room has a couch, additional seating and a wide-screen TV and is framed by windows that let in loads of light and the salty breeze. Nearby you’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, stove and oven; alongside bar-top seating and a dining table.
Step out of the large sliding glass doors and into the lush backyard and enjoy the luxury of a prime waterfront position with direct lake access.
Downstairs you’ll also find a spacious queen bedroom, a pristine bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet, and a study with a dedicated working desk.
Head upstairs to discover a master bedroom featuring a king bed and a luxurious en-suite with a two-person bathtub; as well as floor-to-ceiling windows that offer spectacular views of the treetops. Two more bedrooms offer queen beds while a fifth bedroom has two single beds.
