Upstairs is Bedroom 1 (King bed & ensuite), Bedroom 2 (Queen bed) & Bedroom 3 (Queen bed). There is also a study nook and main bathroom.
Downstairs consists of all the primary living spaces - open plan kitchen, dining and living area plus a separate from rumpus room. There is also the family wing: Bedroom 4 (Queen bed & ensuite) & Bedroom 5 (2 Single beds). Bedroom 5 is a walk-through room and you'll need to walk through it to get to Bedroom 4. But you can separate the whole wing from the rest of the house by closing off the door. Downstairs also has the 4th bathroom, laundry, double garage and access to backyard.
