There’s a new outdoor sauna, new outdoor sun beds two media rooms, a gym, cardio theater, billiard lounge, outdoor ping pong, pool table, outdoor foosball, and so much more. The farmhouse has many services available from daily maid services, private chef, massage therapy, tennis instruction and even a personal driver.
As you enter the farmhouse through the solid cypress front door you will feel its rustic nature as you walk on the 200 year old reclaimed barn wood floors. The interior is designed as a modern rustic farmhouse. All appliances and fixtures are of professional grade. The house has antiques throughout. It offers 8 flat screen tv's, one in every room, they are equipped with Amazon Firesticks as well as wireless internet throughout the house. The main living area also features like Nyrius led wi-fi lighting allowing you to choose any color lighting as well as dim level - all controlled from your smartphone.
JUST A REMINDER THE POOL DOES HEAT TO YOUR DESIRED TEMPERATURE AND DISCRETION BUT THE COST TO HEAT THE POOL IS AN EXTRA CHARGE THAT YOU WILL INCUR AFTER CHECK OUT AND A METER READING IS DONE.

The area also has dimmable lighting, music and coming soon a 200 inch projection screen.
We also offer private luxury boat charters for bachelorette parties, birthdays, scenic sunset cruises, and have an afternoon in the cove with rafts, paddle boards, and kayaks and other water sports and water toys.
