A first floor apartment that is on a newly redone street. The house is within a 12-minute walk of shopping centers such as IGA Extra, Tim Hortons, and Bus Station. The metro is 6 minutes and the city center is 20 minutes by car.
The city bus passes by the apartment Every 6 min mon - fri and every 30 min on the weekends. The bus stop is very very close to my address. .

There are three rooms and two bathrooms at the main floor. Two of the rooms are side by side and separated by a sliding glass door which can be opened or locked. It includes curtains on both sides of the door.
There's a fourth room and a third bathroom downstairs which includes a standing shower. The Laundry is also at the basement.
There's a solarium at the main floor with a Beautiful View of the garden and the backyard Park. There are also two large balconies at either sides of the apartment.
There's also a rope for hanging cloths outside.
Ps: The apartment has a basement level as shown on the picture which is completely separate from the tenant living downstairs.
