A beautifully enhanced and spacious duplex villa which has been successfully rented for the past 10 years with many rentals returning. Please see the reviews .
As it is a small complex then social distancing is possible as each villa has a downstairs front and back terrace as well as a bedroom terrace overlooking the sea. There is also ample sunlounger space with easy access to the beach.
Full sanitisation of the property is available on request.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is directly in front of the villa (5 metres) with a shallow sloping sandy beach excellent for all ages but esp children. There is a boutique hotel (Med Inn) just 5 minutes walk away along the Oba promenade and a new bar and restaurant which opened in 2021 serving traditional turkish cusine ealso only a few minutes walk away. In addition there are several small beaches and beach clubs in the Gulluk area that are easily accessible and offer sunbeds, meals and refreshments if you require a change of scenery.
Larger beaches can be found in Gumbet and Bitez, approx 40 min drive or a simple trip on the Dolmus. Water sports are available at these larger locations.
Outside
Shared pool (approx 150 sq m) between 4 villas with lighting in and around the pool area. This has recently been updated in include steps and a rail into the pool for easy access along with an extended tiled areas to provide more private areas for each villa.
6 sun loungers with cushions and 3 parasols are provided for you along with beach towels. There is also a portable BBQ, a dining table and chairs on the terrace to enable you to dine alfresco either at lunchtime or during the evening to enjoy the unforgettable sunsets.
The pool is cleaned and maintained at least 3 times a week in peak season and the garden lawn, plants and shrubs are also maintained by our property Manager.
WiFi is available at no extra charge and is also connected to the TV for a wide selection of UK and foreign channels.
We also have an excellent relationship with our neighbours and if your party exceeds 6 and you would like to consider one of the other villas at the same time then please let us know.
Inside
The villa has an extremely spacious 'open plan' living area and a brand new kitchen (2019). There are 2 large leather sofas, a dining table for 6, 2 fridges , oven and gas hob, dishwasher, CD player, TV and access to TV shows and Movies. There is also a downstairs toilet and a utility room with washing machine.
Upstairs there is a Master double bedroom with a brand new ensuite wetroom (2021) and a terrace overlooking the sea and surrounding bay. Ideal for a quiet peaceful drink in the evening. There is also a Double bedroom and a Twin room which share a main wet room which has also been newly installed (2021).
All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets.
Accessibility
The villa has not been specifically adapted for wheelchair access but it is on flat ground (i.e. no hills to climb) and no stairs to get into/out of the property. There is a wet room style shower in the downstairs w/c and we have recently added concrete steps into the pool to assist access.

Gulluk is an excellent location for a holiday whether its for a family or a peaceful getaway.There are numerous waterside restaurants and bars to choose from with a range of menus to cater for all tastes.There is a traditional weekly local market (Thursdays) selling fresh local produce at amazing prices. The weather is fantastic most of the year round and from May to October the sea is an ideal place to swim, snorkel, or fish. If you want to go further afield there are historical sites such as Bodrum's Castle of St Peter and the Mausoleum, Ephesus, Pamukkale, or Dalayan's rock tombs and mud baths. Alternatively, sample the delights of Bodrum's Marina's Yacht club restaurant, or browse the large indoor market, designer boutiques, or take the ferry and spend the day on the Greek islands of Kos.
