The kitchen is well equipped. There are 4 TVs in different departments as well as PlayStation2 and Nintendo Wii and DVD player. There are also billiards, electronic darts and table tennis. There is room for ball games and other games on the plot. There are 164 m² terrace of which 51 m² are covered for barbecues and relaxation, so you can arrange a barbecue.
