Enjoy a peaceful stroll along the tree-lined streets, with the beach just a block away and Main Street only four blocks away.
Relax and Unwind
The large covered front porch is perfect for relaxing with friends and family, while the spacious backyard features a deck, gas grill, and plenty of space for outdoor games.

First Floor
Open Floor Plan: The first floor connects the kitchen, large great room, and dining areas, making it ideal for gathering and entertaining. It provides easy access to both the back deck and front porch.
Great Room: Bright and open with large windows, including a bay window, a large sectional sofa, and a large-screen TV.
Dining Area: Seats up to 8 people and is great for dining, games, or puzzles. French doors open to the covered front porch.
Den Area: Includes a Queen sleeper sofa, providing a cozy space to enjoy a book or a nap.
Bedroom 1: King bed.
Full Bathroom: Walk-in shower.
Kitchen: Island counter with new appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a second beverage refrigerator).
Laundry: New stackable washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Second Floor
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with bay window and western views.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
Bedroom 4: Bunk/trundle bed (single top bunk, full bottom bunk, single trundle) accommodating up to 4 guests. Ideal for keeping younger guests close while maintaining privacy. Note: The top bunk railing is not extendable and is not recommended for very young guests or active sleepers.
Bedroom 5: King bed with east and west views.
Bathroom 3: Jack and Jill style, shared by Bedrooms 4 and 5.
Additional Features: Ceiling fans in all bedrooms except the bunk room.
Outdoor Space
The large backyard is perfect for outdoor games and includes a deck with a gas grill and picnic table. The firepit and Adirondack chairs are the perfect spot to end any vacation day.

The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay. Guests will receive a 4-digit code prior to arrival for keyless entry.
Stay Requirements
Labor Day to Memorial Day: 4-night minimum stay.
Memorial Day to Labor Day: 7-night minimum stay (Sunday check-in/check-out).
Check-In: 4:00 p.m.
Check-Out: 9:00 a.m.
Parking: Primary parking (up to 4 cars) in the long driveway on the north side of the house, with additional street parking on Michigan Avenue.
Garbage/Recycling: Weekly garbage service provided curbside. Recycling available at the central recycle station near the Frankfort City Boat Launch.
Pets: Not permitted.
Smoking/Vaping: Not permitted on the property.
Parties/Special Events: Not permitted.
Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years of age.
Fires: Open wood burning only permitted in the outdoor firepit. Violation incurs a $500 penalty.
Neighborhood Guidelines: Compliance with the City of Frankfort's Good Neighbor Guide is required. A copy will be provided in the home.
