Sleeping up to 9 guests with 3 bedrooms upstairs, all with ceiling fans, master bedroom with queen, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and 3rd bedroom with queen. A large bathroom with slate floor, shower over hip-bath & separate toilet. Laundry offers washing machine & all laundering extras including clothes airer & outdoor drying facility.
The open-plan main living, dining & kitchen areas are timber floored & sun drenched with expansive windows, giving the elevated space a feeling of serenity. The kitchen is well equipped for families with electric oven & cook top, microwave, dishwasher, medium sized fridge/freezer, sandwich press, rice cooker & so much more!
The dining & living areas include an 8 seater suite, 2 bar stools, Smart TV, DVD, turntable with vintage records, books, DVDs, split system air conditioning, two 2 seater couches & Coonara wood heater. Ample wood supply is stored under the 2 berth carport.
A large North-facing deck, with additional outdoor 6 seater dining setting, umbrella & Webber gas BBQ, overlooks the fully-fenced rear garden with sweeping views, over the tree-line, of Otway hills & Marengo Beach.
The downstairs games room with table tennis table, 2nd fridge/freezer and with extra seating has many games to play. Off the games room is secondary guest quarters with a 4th bedroom with queen, trundle & separate en suite bathroom with shower & toilet.
Only a short 3 minute walk to Marengo beach for swimming, kayaking, diving, beach fishing and paddle boarding to name a few water sports. Only 2 km drive to Apollo Bay township, with plenty of retail therapy, cafes & entertainment for the whole family. The Great Ocean Road walk begins from Marengo Holiday Park for the walking enthusiast.
