Ample wood deck with outdoor dining and full barbeque (parrilla) setup. Sleeps 8-10 guests. Fully equipped: wi-fi throughout, air-conditioning in every bedroom, fully-loaded kitchen. Three complete bathrooms. Safe and quiet.

Summary: This house in Chihuaha is really good for chilling out and relaxing. My husband and I stayed there for a week in early December 2019. The property if fully equipped with everything, the only thing missing was a portable sun umbrella which we bought and left in the house for future guests. It is silent, spacious and even if there is no air conditioning in the sitting room/kitchen area with outside ventilation or the aircon of the night zone the room cools down quickly. The neighbour Federico is very helpful and the house has a safe and an alarm system although the area is really very safe. There is a small grocery store nearby. We only went once to punta Ballena to eat at Casa Pueblo as we preferred to stay in Chihuahua every day taking long walks on the beach or sun bathing. The weather was nice and on windy days you can use the patio and the garden givent he house is protected by a sun dune. Leon and his brother Uri are peferct hosts and Uri met us in Montevideo to give us the keys and all the various instructions about the house. Very recommendable for those who are looking to relax and for families. Claudia and Giordano
