Neapoli Villas are located just 20 meters from the beach, offering a unique panoramic view to the beautiful island of Elafonisos.
All villas are developed in three levels, which are connected by internal staircase. The main entrance of each villa is on the second level, while there is access to the surroundings also from the first level. All villas feature large indoor open spaces (terraces) and open space for exclusive use (courtyard – garden), in addition to public open space area, maintaining direct contact with the natural environment.
The exterior design using materials such as stone and wood, ensures a sense of cottage, while the interior design meets all modern needs of visitors with emphasis on quality and functionality.

A spacious, internal mezzanine that overlooks the living room serves as a second bedroom. The house is fully furnished and equipped, offering all modern comforts. All levels enjoy spectacular sea views. The house has exclusive use of 161,62 sq.m. garden.
