WHERE WE ARE: If you’re looking for a vacation away from the touristy scene, then Ocean Breeze is for you! The property is located in a developing neighborhood between Laborie and Choiseul just 15 minute drive from Hewanorra International Airport.
The house has enough sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests to spread out comfortably throughout an impressive 2,700 square feet of living space, making it an ideal accommodation choice for a family or a group of close friends looking for the ultimate Caribbean experience.
Although the house overlooks the Caribbean Sea, the beach adjacent to the house is not conducive to swimming due to the strong current. However, the safer local beach, Laborie Beach is a 10 minute drive, and the more popular white sand beach, Sandy Beach, is a 15 minute drive.
THE SPACE: The space consists of 1 bedroom (queen bed), and bathroom on the first floor, two bedrooms on the second floor (1 with a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds). The second floor bathroom is shared by the two bedrooms.
WHAT’S INCLUDED: You will find your escape at this private property. The house has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay including wireless internet access, air conditioning throughout the house, as well as ceiling fans. The exterior doors, and windows are all screened. There is a TV with cable, and radio - sure to appease your down time during your vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, small appliances, cookware, and eating and cooking utensils. We also provide bed linen and towels. The many windows throughout the house frame an expansive view of the Caribbean Sea and surrounding scenery, creating a tropical backdrop for your trip. SURVEILLANCE: The property is equipped with exterior security cameras. The cameras are installed for the purposes of additional security and are positioned at entry access points (i.e. front gates, side gate, back steps, pool area at rear of the property. Be assured! There are no surveillance cameras installed inside the house.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: For a reservation made for more than 2 persons, a fee of $50 per person per night is required for each additional person thereafter.
The Property Owner must be notified of additional guests added to the initial reservation.
At no time shall the occupancy of the property exceed the number of persons on the reservation without prior authorization and compensation to the Property Owner.
