Staying @ our unit includes using indoor and outdoor hotubs and pools, in the winter the indoor pool is heated. Has a gift shop and bar on the lower level. Unit is on the 1st floor so no steps to climb, parking is right outside the unit. Also restaurant on the bottom level. Plenty of other restaurants around and grocery stores are BI-LO and Kroger are close. About 1/4 mile to the garden city Pier and Downtown. You can sit in the living room and have a beautiful view of the ocean and sand. Monthly rate $2000.00 Property Owner
