Renting Oceanfront Oasis includes a private beach only owned by the house, very private! It also features a large wrap-around deck with amazing panoramic views.
This home is situated directly on the beach and located in the heart of the North Fork right by all the vineyards, farm stands, and all East Long Island has to offer. It is also close to Love Lane and Greenport! Take advantage of the kayaks, and paddle boards to fully immerse in the beach experience.
This completely renovated 2-bedroom beach bungalow has a full bathroom that sleeps 6 and comes with linens and towels. It has 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. It also features a brand-new kitchen, dining, BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
