This brand new exquisitely designed villa will surely become your dream vacation home. The 3 story, 2800sq ft villa is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Steps away from the ocean. World class surfing during the winter months and an amazing posita (tide pool) where kids and adults enjoy beachy vibes and amazing sunsets. Miles of secluded coastline...paradise!
Living room with large cozy sofa and 65 inch smart TV (Netflix account, sorry no cable as our quest is for you to disconnect from the World while here and enjoy the amazing outdoors ;-), dining room, powder room, zen zone/office with full size bed and outdoor patio with outdoor shower.
Fully equipped kitchen for foodies. From Vitamix and espresso machine to a great assortment of pots, baking pans and cooking basics: Himalayan salt, black pepper crushed and peppercorns, organic olive oil and balsamic vinegar, spices, brown sugar, honey and coconut oil.
Second level: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
Third level: Extra bedroom / Yoga room / Office and a 500 sq ft outdoor terrace with queen size Bali bed overlooking the ocean, perfect for stargazing and glamping. Highly recommend sleeping out there under the starry nights. ;-)
