This is a very inviting (ready to move in) three- bedroom 2 bath Condo (family friendly) with all the necessary amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped that hosts an island and dining area. The living room boasts a large TV and a balcony with an spectacular ocean view! The living room also includes a pullout couch so the condo can sleep 8. This particular unit is available for the week of February 24th to March 2nd.
The resort has the largest fresh water infinity pool on the island, including a swim up bar. And let’s not forget the beautiful beach that is available with umbrellas, lounge chairs and cocktail service.
There is so much to do at the resort that there is no need to go anywhere else. The hotel (now the Marriot) offers a wonderful oceanfront restaurant with European fine dining and a poolside café and snack bar for the kids. There is also a gym on the premises.
If one does decide to wander off to see the island; there is so much to see and do! Whether you want to watch the airplanes take off or land while enjoying a cocktail at the Sunset Bar & Grill or visiting the French side (Marigot) to enjoy fine food and shopping or go west to Simpson Bay for dining, gambling, entertainment, water sports and beaches. A must do is to visit the Sint Maarten Yacht Club, while in Simpson Bay, and watch the boats go under the bridge and view some of the biggest yachts in the harbor while enjoying a cocktail or food.
It also may be of your liking to take a trip to Orient Beach where clothing is optional.
Lastly, one can take a ferry to Anguilla, Saba, or St. Barths for a day trip. It doesn’t get better than enjoying a vacation at the Dawn Beach Resort! Come see for yourself.
