The Space:
Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by a sun-filled, vaulted ceiling living space where your whole group will love to gather. No need to leave the chef out of the party, as the open concept flows from living room, to kitchen, to dining, to outdoor patio.
After a long day at the beach, make yourself comfortable and lounge by the indoor fireplace or outdoor fire-pit, or enjoy a dinner on the expansive patio complete with cozy outdoor furniture, grill, and dining area. The home is just over a 30 minute drive to historic Sag Harbor, with its storied colonial flare, and a bit further in the opposite direction to the more laid-back town of Montauk, where the beaches, and surfing can’t be beat. While celebrity sightings are common in the Hamptons, the people here generally exude a breezy friendly attitude, eager to pour you a local beer or point you in the right direction.
Getting Around:
Bringing or renting a car is highly recommended as Uber, Lyft and Taxi service in the area can be limited. Four-wheel drive is encouraged in the winter months for safety on potentially slick and snowy roads.
