My newly refurbished home is in a securely gated residence in Fishbourne, in the heart of Chichester Harbour AONB, close to the famous Roman Palace. Great for exploring the area of Chichester, the South Downs or attend a Goodwood event. You'll have a lovely time in this comfortable & well thought-out home.
The space
My home is set within a private and secure development and has two car park spaces outside the front door.
The house sleeps up to 8 guests (one super-king bedded room, and three double bedrooms) and is located 2 miles from Chichester town centre.
Ground floor:
Enter through the main entrance into the tiled hallway with a walk in shower room on the left and a large double bedroom on the right. Large patio doors give access from the bedroom onto the courtyard garden.
Continue along the hallway past the staircase into the large open plan living room and kitchen diner. Relax on the huge L-shaped sofa in front of the TV and cook up a storm with friends and family in the well stocked and stylish kitchen. The large dining table is in front of the large windows, offering a bright space for dining.
You can access the courtyard style garden from the kitchen. with plenty of outdoor furniture and barbecue for you to enjoy alfresco dining.
First floor:
Upstairs are two further double bedrooms, a superking bedroom and family bathroom, with shower over bath. Some of the upstairs bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs and plenty of storage space.
Parking for two cars is available within the development, please only use the allocated spaces.
There will be some complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for you to enjoy after your journey. Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (a hand towel and bath sheet per person) as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay, there is a Tesco Extra 1 mile away.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves.
There is parking in the gated private area for two vehicles, and additional parking is possible in the street.
The house is a few minutes walk away from the bus stop with a regular service to Chichester/Brighton and Portsmouth. Fishbourne train station is a short walk away with trains to Havant & Portsmouth and Chichester, London and Brighton.

Please note that commercial vans are not allowed in the private car park but there is parking available on the side of the lane.
Check In / Check Out
Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
A charge may be requested if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner's schedule.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
Travel cot & High chair
Please let us know when booking if you require a cot and high chair and please note that we do not provide cot bedding so please bring your own.
