Only 5 minutes from downtown Negril, and just behind Negril Hills Golf Club and the South Negril River. This is not a tourist trap or expat community, it is the Real Jamaica! Features 20' vaulted wooden ceilings which keep the house cool throughout the day. Has a large bathroom with Heated Shower, hand made wood furnishings, 4G Wi-fi (pay-as-you-go), 32' flat screen TV's and DVD player in every room, stereo system, and more. Booking includes a free cell phone for use during your stay, and the option of a flat rate airport pickup by one of our drivers'. Optional amenities include a personal chef, boat rides to and from Negril, laundry services, babysitting, and more. There are many wonderful locals to meet, and they will all have neat things to show you about the 'Real Jamaica'. Many fruits and vegetable, with more added every month! South Negril River is just down the road, for fishing or boating. Fantastic for bird watching!

Springvale is mostly a quiet neighborhood. However, sometimes residents host outdoor parties. For those guests who are highly noise sensitive please keep this in mind. Living on a tropical island also means an abundance of Geckos (harmless, but will hang on the walls), ants, and mud crabs (edible and delicious) and of course mosquitoes!
