You'll have access to the entire apartment as it's primarily setup for guests. There is a shared laundry room at the back of the house.
The Neighborhood:
Cranbrook is a city in southeast British Columbia, Canada, located on the west side of the Kootenay River at its confluence with the St. Mary's River, It is the largest urban centre in the region known as the East Kootenay. This Heritage home is located right next to downtown in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Cranbrook.
Getting Around:
This property is located in central Cranbrook and is within walking distance of our towns best Restaurants and shops. There is plenty of parking for a vehicle if you need one.
Other Things to Note:
• Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check out ) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.
•Please note this is a Historical Home and is over 100 years old. There's a lot of character in this home and many things in here are original. Laundry is around back of the house to the left. Code is given with check-in instructions.
•Please note: There are stairs leading up to this unit which may cause accessibility problems for seniors.
• The second bathroom, the SHOWER currently not usable—for maintenance! The bathtub is working, though.
We do not charge service fees
We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.
For your peace of mind, we offer two options:
1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.
2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.
These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.
