*Pool heating and spa heating are available for an additional charge of $45 per day. All pool heating requests have to be made prior to your check in, and it has to be for the entire length of your trip. The heater will get pool to 90f and spa to 100f.
*BBQ Grill is available for an additional charge of $25 per day, all BBQ requests have to be made prior to your check in, and it has to be for entire length of your trip.
There is parking for three (6) cars at the home. No parties, events or gatherings of any kind, THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY AT ANY GIVEN TIME IS THE SAME NUMBER OF PAYNG GUESTS LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
