GREAT LOCATION, situated on the south side of Laporte Avenue next to the DeWire Center. A relaxing covered front porch leads to living room with cable tv and a wood burning stone fire place.
The first floor also includes a study with a double size sleeper sofa and leads to a full bathroom. An elegant dining room with seating for 8 flows into a quaint kitchen with refrigerator, range, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer completes the main floor.
The second floor includes 4 bedrooms. At the top of the stairs to your left is a bedroom with queen size bed. A bedroom with 2 twin beds shares a jack and jill full bathroom with another bedroom with a queen bed. The fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom finishes the second floor.
