Features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living area, televisions in each bedroom, a hot tub, a washer/dryer, a screened porch, a balcony, and an on-site pool. Villa is located less than 1/2 mile from the beach. Resort Amenities Include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, day spa, and Starbucks.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to entire condo. All resort guests have access to the Play Pool Plaza and the Indoor Pool Play Pool Plaza is the main resort pool located at Summerhouse Suites. Open from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. The play pool plaza features a mini waterpark with rotating buckets, silly submarine, mushroom and lazy river. Concessions available in season. Cabanas with 2 lounge chairs, fan and television are available to rent for full or half days. Room Charge or Credit Cards only. Indoor Pool is located inside of the Health Club along with a hot tub. Open 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
The Neighborhood:
During your stay in one of our Lakeside Villas in Pawleys Island, SC, take advantage of tennis courts, saltwater fishing lakes, walking paths along marshes and lakes, a mile of private access to the beach, and over seven miles of scenic walking paths. Places to eat with in Litchfield by the Sea Include: Coastal Dish which offers a daily breakfast buffet, The Deck Tiki Bar and Grill with happy hour, specialty drinks and small plates, Coastal Scoops Ice Cream Shoppe and an onsite Starbucks. Also available is a Health and Wellness Center, Bike Rentals and seasonal Beach Chair Rentals.
Getting Around:
Within the gated community all resort amenities and beach are within short walking distance. A quick 5-10-minute drive outside the gate you will find plenty of local restaurants and shops.

Confirming Reservation:
After booking we will send you message to confirm your reservation. A week prior to your stay we will send you a message with reservation number to give front desk and a reminder of check in location and instructions.

Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels and setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.
