Positive: The apartment is located near the city center. It was extremely clean and it was very pleasant to find some extra commodities like chocolates or tea. The beds were comfortable and overall everything was great.

Negative: Not bad itself, but bear in mind that there isn't any elevator and the stairs are a bit steep. There isn't any ring and it was slightly noisy outside.
