House includes master bedroom with king size bed and bath with jacuzzi bathtub. Second bedroom has queen size bed. Kids bedroom includes two bunk beds. Kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and everything you will need except the food. House has two fully furnished living spaces with beautiful views of Hamlin Lake. Plenty of room to play on the 1.5 acre property which includes a small beach area. House is surrounded by wetlands which offer lots of privacy. House also has central air conditioning. Rental is Saturday to Saturday during the peak season. There are steps to enter house. Once you enter the house rooms are on same level except two steps to access master bedroom and one living area.
