This newly renovated Sand Dollar Beach House has welcoming details! When you walk into this beach home you're greeted by four sliding glass doors that look out to sweeping views of the ocean. The upscale kitchen has a mosaic tile backsplash and the soft yellow and blue accent colors that run through the house bring the feel of the beach indoors.
This is a 3-bedroom home that sleeps 6 people and has everything you will need for a wonderful stay! There are two queen-sized beds and a sofa bed. The property has a large wrap-around deck with outdoor furniture and an umbrella. There is also an outdoor shower that you can use after taking a dip on the sandy beach.
The great room is full of windows with plenty of natural light. A large leather sectional couch will have you comfortably watching a spectacular beach view.
There is an outdoor grill to whip up your favorite foods.
When you book a getaway with us, you are guaranteed essential amenities including WIFI and cable TV, but nearly all of our homes also come with kayaks to keep adventure close by. The five-star restaurants are 5 minutes away. You can also visit vineyards for wine tasting, farm stands to support local growers, a close-knit beach community, and more nature reserves to explore. Local destinations include the Hamptons, Greenport, Montauk, and/or Shelter Island.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
