Gemütliche Ferienwohnung: FeWo "SüdWest", mit Selbstverpflegung im Erdgeschoss eines 1991 erbauten Hauses, mit herrlicher Rundumsicht. Die renovierte, helle, 73 m² große Wohnung hat ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, eine Küche (inklusiv Elektrogeräten), eine gemütliche Essecke, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne (inklusiv Duschvorrichtung) und Tageslichtfenster, sowie einen nach SüdWesten ausgerichteten Balkon. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem 2,00 Meter langem Doppelbett ausgestattet. Weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten bietet das Kinderzimmer mit einem Hochbett sowie das große Wohnzimmer mit einem 2,00 Meter langen, ausziehbaren Einzelbett (= 2 Betten). Ebenfalls vorhanden: Ein Babybette (mit 1,40 Meter Länge). Die helle Ferienwohnung ist etwa 73 m² groß und für bis zu max. sechs erwachsene Personen geeignet (Haustiere auf Anfrage erlaubt). Zwei kostenlose Autoabstellplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus. Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Das Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon jedoch möglich.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Todtmooser Ortsteil "Mättle". Für mich der schönste und ruhigste gelegene Ortsteil von Todtmoos. Und doch sind es nur lediglich 1,5 Kilometer bis in den urigen, idyllischen Ortskern. Das Haus besteht aus sechs Wohnungen, vier davon werden als Ferienwohnung genutzt. Die Lage des Hauses sowie die Aufteilung der Wohnungsräume haben mich dazu bewegt, die Wohnung zu kaufen. Damit weitere Personen Freude damit haben können, habe ich mich nun dazu entschlossen, diese als Ferienwohnung zu vermieten.
